Description
This table shows the educational level for population age 7 and above of each scheduled caste by sex. The age groups used in this table are: single year ages from 7 to 19 and the age-groups i.e. 0-6, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+, age not stated. The educational levels given in this table are: Illiterate, Literate, Literate without educational level, Below primary, Primary, Middle, Matric/ Secondary, Higher Secondary/ Intermediate/ Pre- University/ Senior Secondary, Non-technical diploma or certificate not equal to degree, Technical diploma or certificate not equal to degree, Graduate and above. The data is presented separately for total, rural and urban areas at state level.
